Behind the scenes

img_0211-1

Believe it or not, this was once a blank canvas.

Over the years I’ve worked hard to fill in the empty spaces, which should explain the multicoloured opinions throughout. It’s also probably worth noting that I’ve never been one for colouring in between the lines.

As former feature editor of Space (International Hotel Design), I have been fortunate in my career to have explored wonderful corners of the world. As part of my role, I firsthand witnessed empty shells become breathtaking, award-winning and timeless hotels.

I am happiest when in an infinity pool with a glass of fizz, although you couldn’t tell from my ‘Blue Steel’ pout above…

Nothing resonates more to me than Albert Einstein’s quote, “creativity is intelligence having fun”.

Thank you so much for checking out my blog. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on what I publish, so feel free to comment on any of my posts as often as you like.

I hope you enjoy your stay!

Much love,

    1. Hey! I once read that you would unfollow any writer that swore in an article. I recently wrote an article about swearing and made sure it was clean, just for you. Hope you are well! All the very best,

  1. This blog is great. I especially like the name of the blog and the writers smile. They are my two favourite things about it. I look forward to reading more.
